As the founder of Itani Design Concepts, I bring my client a sophisticated eye for detail, and exceptional client service. I started my career as an interior designer, and founded Itani Design Concepts in 2007. Since then, I have worked closely with my clients on residential, commercial, and healthcare interior design projects, and winning multiple design awards. Due to my clients requests not onl

y to design but to implement their remodeling projects, I acquired a general contractors license. Many of these projects were the results of lifestyle changes, technology, and business expansions. Owners were usually faced with high-risk financial decisions such as whether to stay in their current property and budget for construction costs or invest in another property. Driven by the desire to help clients weigh in their options from multiple perspectives, I decided to expand my list of services to include real estate. My goal is to provide informed solutions from a wide perspective of available options, based on best design practices and informed real estate market conditions.
