Meet Jason Ottmann, REALTOR for Century 21 Colonial Real Estate.

I was raised in the town of Sonoma, California. I grew up surrounded by beautiful homes and a natural appreciation for the value of a space well-lived.
Early on in life, I worked in the home furnishings business, where I developed a sense for what makes a home truly special. It was my job to turn homes into places where people loved to live.
In 2003, my wife, a Pennsylvania native, and I decided to make the move to Pennsylvania to be closer to her family.
After our move, I wanted a new career challenge that would push me and allow me to spend time doing things I was great at and enjoyed, while making a meaningful impact.
I decided to build a career in real estate, it was something I had long thought about but never fully pursued.
Starting fresh in a new state was tough, especially without a built-in network. But I dedicated myself to mastering the art and science of buying and selling properties.
With the guidance of a great mentor and my commitment to learn, I quickly built relationships and began earning the trust of clients.
20 years later, it’s more than just a career for me. It’s a passion. I thrive on negotiation, the thrill of securing the best deal for my clients, and the satisfaction of seeing families get to live in homes perfect for their lifestyle.
Every closing day isn’t just about a commission for me, it’s about helping someone find the home they’ve always wanted or giving a seller the peace of mind to move on to the next chapter of their life.
Today, I’m grateful to be helping homeowners in the Susquehanna Valley seamlessly transition from one home to the next.
