The little girl in the first photo is one of my first and longest running daycare kiddos! I absolutely adored this little girl! Her big blue eyes, her bigger than life personality, just everything! She had my heart from the jump! I would see her sweet older sister on pick ups and drop offs and she was always the kind, older 6 year old sister that was gentle and such a lover of the little kids! Their mother messaged me and asked if I could take photos of her family and I jumped at the opportunity!

These girls have grown beyond anything I could’ve imagined but they haven’t changed their beauty, their sweetness, their loving and kind way they handle one another!

Please never change girls! You make everyone so proud and you will rule the world if you continue to have one another’s back!

I can finally post these as this girl is officially a SENIOR !

We did this photo shoot a couple months ago in preparation for her to graduate a couple months early! 👏🏼

She’s sweet, softhearted and any moms dream of a daughter! Since day one, I’ve been excited and anxiously awaiting the day where I got to take her senior photos and just like that…. Here we are!

Lilly you are just that! A real life flower 🌼 Beautiful, elegant, full of life and light! It has been a joy to watch you grow up and I know you’ll do great things! You make your mom, dad, family and everyone that knows you SO PROUD!

There’s something truly special about group classes.
It’s not just the workout — it’s the energy, the support, the community.

Ive built a space where women come together to move, sweat, laugh, and grow — a space where everyone feels safe, seen, and supported. In a private gym, you’re surrounded by strong, powerful, inspiring women who cheer you on, celebrate your wins (big and small), and remind you that you’re capable of more than you think.

No judgment. No pressure. Just motivation, empowerment, and a whole lot of fun.

These classes are about showing up as you are, pushing yourself in a supportive environment, and leaving feeling stronger — physically and mentally. When women lift each other up, amazing things happen… and that’s the energy we bring every single class.

Strong women. Safe space. Powerful community.

Group class schedule:

Mondays 430-530 pm
Tuesdays 515-6 pm beginners class (theres four weeks left and still 3 spots available )
Wednesdays 5-6 pm
Thursdays 430-530 pm
Saturdays 830-930 am - message to check for availability
