There’s something truly special about group classes.
It’s not just the workout — it’s the energy, the support, the community.

Ive built a space where women come together to move, sweat, laugh, and grow — a space where everyone feels safe, seen, and supported. In a private gym, you’re surrounded by strong, powerful, inspiring women who cheer you on, celebrate your wins (big and small), and remind you that you’re capable of more than you think.

No judgment. No pressure. Just motivation, empowerment, and a whole lot of fun.

These classes are about showing up as you are, pushing yourself in a supportive environment, and leaving feeling stronger — physically and mentally. When women lift each other up, amazing things happen… and that’s the energy we bring every single class.

Strong women. Safe space. Powerful community.

Group class schedule:

Mondays 430-530 pm
Tuesdays 515-6 pm beginners class (theres four weeks left and still 3 spots available )
Wednesdays 5-6 pm
Thursdays 430-530 pm
Saturdays 830-930 am - message to check for availability

When this guy specifically asked for me to do his senior photo, I admit I might have “got something in my eye” 🥹

James, (aka Jimmy Jams) … Proud is an understatement! From a wild, funny, loving 2nd grader to a wild, funny, loving Senior, time has flown and you have grown into such an awesome man with a heart of gold. You truly make everyone so proud! I’m sure you will continue to make yourself and your family smile, laugh and never know what challenge you’ll overcome next 👏🏻🫶🏻🙌🏻✨

How lucky am I to have had the time to follow these beautiful people around with my camera?! The whole time was magic. The obvious love between the couple and the kids curiosity and sweet smiles made this shoot the best ending to our fall minis!

OMG! This photo shoot was my second to last of my fall minis and WOW did not one second disappoint 🤩🤩

The colors, the people, the sunlight, everything about this shoot gave me goosebumps! Not to mention the love between a mommy and her boy is just the sweetest to watch on the opposite side of the lens.

I had the absolute pleasure of photographing this young man for his senior photos a couple weeks ago! And holy moly… this was just one of many absolutely incredible shots we got!

Austin, you are wise beyond your years and being able to watch you grow over the past 13 years has been nothing less than an honor! You make your parents and everybody that knows you (and them) incredibly proud! Keep doing the great things and I know it’s just gonna get better from here!
