If you are in the real estate business, you have probably been struggling with FINCEN reporting concerns since March 1. A court found the rules invalid on March 19 and reporting is suspended. Let's hope it's permanent. I view these rules as, " presumed guilty without chance to prove innocence." Everyone is presumed guilty of attempting to launder money and must report. The Founders never would have allowed this IMHO. [See first comment for court ruling.]
