We're excited to announce that Alexa "Lexi", our Assistant Director of Asbestos Bankruptcy Trust Claims, and Taliyah, our Medical Records Manager, have given yet another phenomenal presentation of "Optimizing Medical Records Management in Law Firms: Boosting Efficiency, Compliance, & Case Results" at the National Association for Legal Support Professionals 2026 Elevate Legal Education Conference in Jacksonville, FL this week!

Colleagues Dat and Brandi were able to support them during their presentation, and it wowed the crowd so much that Lexi and Taliyah have been invited to present again at an upcoming conference in Washington. We've said it before and we'll say it again: our team brings a wealth of knowledge to everything they do, and are always happy to share with those who may benefit. Thank you Lexi and Taliyah for your continued contributions to not only our clients and team, but now beyond to the legal professionals realm as well!

When you've got top notch talent on your team, it's hard to pick just one teammate of the month, so please join us in congratulating both Brandi and Jane on their recent selection by their colleagues!

As our Office Manager, Brandi keeps things running smoothly day in and day out for our Tampa location while also staying involved with various parts of the legal process; her responsiveness to both our clients' needs and our team members' needs ensures nothing is overlooked. Jane initially joined us as law clerk and continues to provide integral support to our litigation team now as our Investigation Supervisor; she's also always willing to share her knowledge with whomever may benefit!

On Friday, our Community Engagement Manager Caitlin took the time to visit the Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall currently set up in Glens Falls, NY. Local clients were invited as well to attend this hallowed ground display that is a 3/5 scale of the permanent monument in Washington D.C. As a firm that assists numerous Vietnam veterans with their asbestos claims, this was an incredibly humbling experience.
