These boys are working hard both on and off the field as they prepare for an incredible journey to Cooperstown, New York, in July 2027. We’re proud to play a small part in helping make this experience possible and can’t wait to watch them represent FishHawk!

1. **Will**: A legal document that outlines your wishes for the distribution of your assets and the care of any minor children. Ensure it's up-to-date and reflects your current wishes.

2. **Durable Power of Attorney**: This document designates someone to manage your financial affairs if you become incapacitated. It's crucial for handling your assets and paying your bills in your absence.

3. **Medical Power of Attorney**: Also known as a healthcare proxy, this appoints someone to make medical decisions on your behalf if you can't do so yourself.

4. **Living Will**: Specifies your wishes regarding medical treatments and life-sustaining measures in case of a terminal illness or severe incapacity.

5. **HIPAA Release**: Allows your designated healthcare agent to access your medical records and communicate with healthcare providers.
