A client that bought this Alki condo sent me the Zestimate that showed it was worth $33k more than she paid FOUR DAYS before!! Zestimates are usually a good indicator of value if the house has recently been on the market, so I was tickled pink for her!! We had to beat out another offer to make a deal, but well worth it! Anyone that knows me knows bargain shopping is a serious competitive sport for me and I LOVE nailing good deals for my buyer clients.

Still need to paint walls and trim, but I’m pretty tickled with how the ceiling turned out!! It does make the height fee...

Bathroom remodel in our home is almost done! The wallpaper I ordered in November still hasn’t arrived 🙄, so Ryan went ahead and installed the vanity and toilet anyway. This was a continental bathroom (shared access with two doors - from primary bedroom and the hallway). Besides relocating the toilet from behind the door, we also shrunk the vanity a tad and made the overall bathroom a little smaller but far more sensible. Our japandi-zen-spa primary suite bathroom is delayed for now… but I’m SO excited for that project!

One week bathroom renovation, complete! Emphasis was on switching out the gross, original fiberglass shower with an updated tile shower and some new plumbing. But we also updated lighting, paint, and other fixtures to complete the look. Another fun project brought to you by the ! When you can DIY, there’s almost always home value to be added in a mid-grade bathroom update like this one! And if you can’t plumb or tile, repainting in a warm neutral shade and changing out light fixtures and cabinet hardware are the next best thing!!
