Everyone keeps asking if they should wait for rates to drop⬇

Here's some context:
In the 1980s, people bought homes with 12% mortgage rates.

In 2020, rates dropped to around 3%. Today we're around the mid-6% range.

So the question becomes:
Are you waiting for rates to drop...or are you waiting and hoping prices don't keep rising?

Real estate is usually a long-term game. Time in the market usually matters more than timing the market.

If you're planning to buy in the next year or two, it might be worth running the numbers now instead of waiting and guessing.
