There’s a lot of noise in real estate right now. Depending on who you listen to, the market is crashing, exploding, frozen, or on fire.

So instead of opinions, I went back to the data.

The latest NAR Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers report paints a clear picture: buyers are older, cash is strong, first-time buyers are fewer, and most people still believe real estate is a solid long-term investment.

That doesn’t point to chaos. It points to a more disciplined market. And in disciplined markets, strategy matters.
