The boutique facility offers 12 private office spaces, 10 workstations, and three conference rooms. The space was recently renovated and includes all brand-new appliances and facilities. Amenities at the space include on-site parking, full kitchen, huddle area, high-speed Wi-Fi, presentation equipment, mail delivery, event/training area, and 24/7 access.
There are currently 6 private office spaces and 8 workstation spaces available at the property. Private Office spaces rent for $850-$1,050/mo and Work Station spaces rent for $350-$500/mo. There is also a virtual package available, which allows users to send and receive packages of mail from our Springfield location, as well as optional access to shared conference rooms. Spaces are also available as daily rentals.
