Working on affordable housing can be tough but is incredibly rewarding. We had an opportunity to work with on a condemned project in the Northside of Spartanburg. So stoked to get more housing turned around and filled with a homeowner!

One of our favorite things to do is compare the afters > to befores! We really went all the way down to the studs on this one!

We took an old house that stood without a family for over 20 years, and turned it into this beauty with lots of time and love. Some of the biggest changes were a new roof and paint on the bricks, taking down the walls in the living room to reveal a double-sided fireplace, flipping the staircase into the kitchen, all new cabinets and kitchen floor, and brightening up the dreary downstairs! This 5 bed, 3.5 bath home is ready for someone new to love it!
