How Christensen Law explains what we do vs. how Gen Z explains what we do.

At the end of the day, it all means the same thing: if you've been injured because of someone else's negligence, we're here to help.

Listen. Protect. Win.

What’s left behind after a crash tells a story. 🚗 A child’s car seat. A work badge. Groceries. Stuffed animals.

These aren’t just meaningless items scattered across the road. They represent your life, your responsibilities, and the people who matter most to you. When an accident happens, it can feel like everything has been turned upside down in an instant.

At Christensen Law, we understand that car accidents are more than just damaged vehicles.

It’s personal.

That’s why we’re here to listen, protect, and help you move forward when you need it most.

This past weekend, we had the honor of hosting Alistair’s Sunrise Open, bringing together friends, families, and tennis enthusiasts in support of a cause that means so much to us.

Inspired by Alistair’s remarkable journey and resilience, the tournament benefited the Epilepsy Foundation Michigan and the Pediatric Epilepsy Surgery Alliance, helping raise awareness and support for individuals and families navigating epilepsy.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who participated, volunteered, donated, sponsored, and cheered from the sidelines. A special thank you to Coaches Bill Smith and David Pluszczyk, the Bloomfield Open Hunt team, the local tennis pros who came out to play in the Pro-Am on Friday night, and all of our supporters for helping create a weekend filled with competition, connection, hope, and heart.

Thank you for standing with us and helping bring greater awareness, resources, and hope to those impacted by epilepsy. 🎾💜☀️

Not all accident questions have obvious answers.

In this video, Intake Attorney Jeremy Knox breaks down some commonly asked questions and what Michigan law may allow in these situations, so you can better understand your rights.

❓ I was injured while at a house party. Someone attacked me. Do I have a case against the homeowner?

❓ I was in an auto accident and the driver was intoxicated. He was at a bar before the accident. Can the bar be held responsible?

❓My insurance lapsed and I was in an accident that was not my fault. Can I sue the at-fault driver for my medical bills and damage to my vehicle?

Have a question about a car accident, truck accident, or other injury claim? Leave it in the comments or give our team a call anytime. We're here to help.
