Syrup Grades

Grade A, Golden Color
with a delicate taste is usually made from the first sap run of the season. Light, Golden color with a mild, delicate taste. Excellent as a table syrup or over ice cream or yogurt.

Grade A, Amber Color
with a rich taste, is slightly darker than Grade A Golden Amber and the maple flavor is more evident. This class of syrup is the product of choice for consumers who desire the classic maple syrup flavor. In stock.

Grade A, Dark Amber
has a much more robust maple flavor and sweetness. This class will satisfy those consumers who desire the strong flavors of what has been know as Grade B. In stock.

Grade A, very Dark Amber
is a very dark syrup with a strong maple flavor and is used by many for cooking purposes. In stock.
