After more than 25 years of creating custom cakes for your birthdays, weddings, celebrations, and special moments, I want to sincerely thank you for your continued support and trust in my work.

Over the years, I’ve worked hard to keep my pricing as consistent and accessible as possible while continuing to provide fully custom designs, quality ingredients, and the time and attention each order deserves.

I will be increasing my pricing for cake orders effective immediately.

Because every cake I create is custom designed and priced individually, quotes will continue to be based on your specific design, size, and details—but will reflect my time, artistry, and expertise.

With many thanks to my daughter for her help with the setup, we have kicked off the wedding season! A cake for every table, on stands borrowed from my personal collection. 6 flavors including lemon, strawberry, chocolate, raspberry-almond, carrot, and red velvet. Could I tell you which cake is what flavor now? Nope. It's a surprise for everyone. We did this same thing at my daughter's wedding. It was fun to see people going table-to-table to try the different cake flavors.

Desperately seeking anyone who can tell me how to lower the paddle be**er on my old Viking mixer. These have been discontinued for some time. I called Maxwell's, from where it was purchased, I have Googled, and I have called several defunct 1-800 numbers. When tilted down, the be**er is still ¼" from the bottom of the bowl. The closest I've gotten for help is a bot who wants my credit card info to connect me to a technician. Somebody must know how to do this! Viking

The gentleman who ordered this cake was nervous about ordering a cake for his wife because she's a baker herself and is picky about cake. Which is funny because the only chocolate cake I will eat is one that I made, so my own family never knows what to do for my birthday. I said if she doesn't like it, I will eat my slippers. Looking forward to the review. 😀
