Your spouse shouldn't have to search through drawers to find your insurance policy.

Your adult kids shouldn't have to guess which bank you use, or spend an afternoon on hold trying to track down an account they didn't know existed.

These are small things on their own. But when someone is already grieving, even small things feel heavy.

A little organization now is one of the kindest things you can leave behind.

This morning I met a client at St. Michael Medical Center to help with an important notarization. These are often times when families are already dealing with enough, so if I'm able to accommodate, I'm happy to do what I can.

Quick question: if something happened to you tomorrow, would your family know where to find your passwords?

Not just your email - your online banking, your utility accounts, your insurance portal, the login for the account that pays your mortgage automatically every month.

Most of us keep this information in our heads, or scribbled somewhere only we would think to look.
It works fine... until someone else needs it.
