I would like to address the questions about the fresh produce i use .Several years ago I noticed most minced garlic came from China and China uses human waste to fertilize.check your jars at the grocery store if it says China it's a hard no.I use dehydrated minced garlic that comes from usa.On cilantro I dont use dehydrated because it has no taste.I get my cilantro from usually our local produce ,but all of my base is marinated in vinegar for 2 hrs then cooked according to the proper protocol and I add 5 more minutes to the cooking phase.....I will do everything humanly possible to insure the safety of my product for my customers.....I think it was 2 yrs ago you couldn't even get cilantro because of this problem.If you have a question dont ever hesitate to ask me anything~terry@the The Salsa Lady Salsa CO.

Heads up! The event I'm doing at Main Street Market in logansport Louisiana 8-5 is not my usual venue,I have my product in the store and I'm giving samples out.I will be fully stocked in my spot and will bring extra but if you have a big order or know what you want let me know so I can have it for you...I've already received a couple of large orders and everything will be going thru the store,but as always you can pre-order....remember father's day and 4th.of July parties...I hope you can join us the store will be open and outside will be several other vendors
