I spent 13 YEARS building a corporate career that paid me $150K.

And then I had kids and realized I didn’t actually want the life that came with the career I’d worked so hard to build.

Which was…inconvenient. 😂

Because what are you supposed to do when you’re really freaking good at your job, make good money, and have spent over a decade getting to where you are?

JUST LEAVE?!

Apparently, yes. But not without a plan. We have bills. 😂

I didn’t wake up one morning and dramatically throw my laptop into the ocean.

I got certified as a pediatric sleep consultant. Started building something of my own while I still had my corporate paycheck. And seven months later, I left.

And you know what?

Those 13 years weren’t wasted.

They taught me how to communicate, solve problems, work with people, build relationships, and run a business.

I just started using those skills to build something that worked better for the life I wanted.

And I think about how many women are sitting in jobs they’ve outgrown because leaving would somehow mean admitting all those years were a mistake.

WHAT?!

You’re allowed to change your mind about what you want your life to look like.

You’re also allowed to be really freaking good at something and decide you don’t want to do it anymore.

You do not owe a career the rest of your life just because you gave it the last 10 years.

You’re sitting there thinking about everything that happened this year.

And instead of saying, “Maybe next year I’ll finally figure out what the hell I want to do with my career”...

You’re a certified pediatric sleep consultant.

Like, ACTUALLY CERTIFIED. 😂

You’ve learned the science. You’ve worked with 5 real families. You’ve had someone walking you through the process, answering your questions, and helping you figure out what the hell you’re doing.

And you’re getting ready to build a business around a skill you didn’t even have a few months ago.

THAT is what we’re doing inside The Sleep Consultant Intensive.

Starting October 19th I’m taking a tiny group of women through our 10-week certification experience together.

Weekly live calls with me. A real schedule. Hands-on experience with families. Actual accountability.

And once we’re done with certification?

We’re spending another 3 months working on the BUSINESS. Because getting certified is great, but I also want you to know how to get clients and make money doing this.

Will everybody quit their job by December? No.

Will everybody be making $5K a month by January? Also no.

At some point, researching sleep consultant certifications becomes a full-time hobby. 😂

You’ve compared the programs. Watched the videos. Read the reviews. Probably have 14 tabs open.

You need to understand sleep, behavior, how to support families, AND where your scope ends.

It’s soooo tempting to go searching for a remote job or a better company and think that’s going to magically solve your problem.
