There is nothing quite like the magic of helping first-time home buyers find "the one," but today at Cascade Point took it to a whole new level! This sweet couple is making a massive leap by moving here from out of state, and they came by yesterday just to check on the construction progress of their new home.
..Or so she thought!

Right in the middle of the framing of their future living room, he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. (And yes, she said **YES**! 😭❤️)

I am so incredibly honored to not only help them build their very first house from the ground up, but to have a front-row seat to them building their beautiful life together. Welcome to the neighborhood, you two! 🥂✨

This is one of the few non manufacturing projects that the Oconee Economic Alliance has worked on. We are excited to see the development progressing and look forward to Target opening this summer, as well as the other retail that will follow at Thornwell Village Retail Center! The center is located at 1810 Sandifer Boulevard (US 123) in Seneca.
