Contingent vs. Pending… what does it actually mean? 👀🏡
Just because a home already has an accepted offer doesn’t always mean you’ve missed your chance! A contingent home may still have an opening, and even a pending home can be worth watching or submitting a backup offer on.
The key is knowing what the status actually means and having an agent who knows how to investigate the deal and find the opportunity. 😉
