What if buying your first home isn’t only about saving more, but looking somewhere your money can go a little further?

If you work remotely, you have something pretty valuable: flexibility. Your home search doesn’t necessarily have to be tied to where your job is.

Maybe that means another part of Arizona, a little farther outside the city, or somewhere completely different.

Of course, you still have to love where you live. If the numbers aren’t working where you’re looking now, it might be worth widening the map before giving up on the idea.

Sometimes the budget doesn’t need to change. The search area does.

Golf course out back, sunsets from the patio, and a casita ready for guests. We can see why our buyers fell for this one.

We’re so happy for our buyers who just closed on this Sun City home.
