The book of Ralph Tuhl life, his holding out of selling his home to the Community Center on Martine Ave. in Scotch Plains, NJ. for over 50 yrs.. How the Surrogate Christopher Hudak expedited, the estate to please people that all took bribes. As a Pro Se, disabled person and had a fair accommodation entered but completely ignored. This will open the eyes of people in every Surrogate situation, Bribes and the Judge Mega hearing the case and inappropriately ruling as the other Law firm was sponsoring the Community Center. A change of venue was requested and denied. Ignored an ADA fair accommodation request of closed captioning. Completely ignored to participate in a Court hearing.In one years time the Judge Mega quit, the Estate went to a non blood person who never met my Uncle Ralph, the sale of my Uncle's House to the JCC community center (The Y) that waited 50+years, Lindabury Law Firm got new Offices in New Providence NJ and the neighbor who was entering his fourth foreclosure received 1 mil. for the sale of his home and Union County Police Dept Gregory Kowalczk who owns Fabio's Bistro loaded with non documented workers in the Kitchen, is building a new restaurant.
