There’s something really special about helping people design the next chapter of their lives from the ground up ✨

I’m so excited for my buyers, a wonderful couple retiring from Michigan, who are officially pending on their new construction home in Lakeside at Sunstone in Wellen Park.

He spent his career as a corporate chef for Merrill Lynch in New Jersey, so it’s no surprise that one of the first things he envisioned was an outdoor kitchen where he can grill year-round. Finding a gas community was incredibly important to them, and Lakeside at Sunstone checked that box perfectly. Meanwhile, his wife is already dreaming about relaxing afternoons in their future pool under the Florida sun.

What made this experience especially meaningful was the time we spent together upfront. We really focused on how they want to live day-to-day, not just the features of a home. From there, we were able to narrow in on the right community, then thoughtfully select the perfect lot and floor plan to match their lifestyle.
