This was gone fastπŸ’¨

Sometimes the stars align and it all comes together!

A great photographer, some pre marketing, an open house, several buyers and a good agent on the other side! It all came together very well.

Sellers are happy and the Buyers are happy. The deal is done in 2 weeks!

But most of all I am grateful I didn't lose friends to moving. They already have a great house here and are staying on the Central Coast. That makes me very happy! We need good people in our towns and these sellers are some of the good ones!!

Local notes: The San Luis Obispo County and North Santa Barbara County have some of the most beautiful sceneries. Known by locals and backroad enthusiasts, you will see what is referred to as God's Country. From Santa Ynez, Los Alamos, Nipomo, Arroyo Grande, San Luis Obispo, Avila Beach, Pismo Beach, Grover Beach, Guadalupe, Atascadero, Santa Margarita, Creston, Los Osos, Morro Bay, Cayucos, Cambria, Paso Robles, Templeton and back you will find amazing sites to enjoy. Along with great neighborhoods and even some amazing neighbors. The Central Coast is known for their hospitality and easy going lifestyles. They surf in the morning, go to work and home to their families. Every area has its beauty and reasons for you wanting to live here and I love being the real estate local expert for the areas and neighborhoods.

There is always going to be the one neighbor who gets in everyone's business. You cannot really avoid that. But what you can do is ask about your neighbors to make sure whatever their quirks are, you can live with them. πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘‰

My favorite day! Photo shoot day! Yay!!πŸŽ‰ Besides it being fun to follow Marcel around and "get the shot" ...

It's also the excitement of a new listing, the sale, the new chapter for clients, the new home for a buyer, its all these big changes and I get to be a part of it all.

I love what I do!! πŸ₯ΊπŸ©·

What's the best thing you can do for yourself as a homeowner or a buyer?

An emergency fund by far is my number one choice. Game changer for your life financially. When something goes wrong and I can guarantee you in life something is always going to go wrong, having the funds to fix it, is everything!

Listen to the video, and I hope the tip helps, but at minimum you should be saving two hundred to three hundred dollars a month as a homeowner. As a buyer, you should be prepared to do that and start before you buy. Start acting like you're already making that house payment and set the money aside

Make sure your payment is not so high that you can't afford to set some money aside to protect yourself.

Don't become house poor!!

Real estate, home ownership, buying. Financial help with home ownership. Smart money decisions with home ownership.

Tips to help avoid scams for renters πŸ€“ Not everyone buys a house and thats ok too. πŸ™‚

I've noticed a lot of rental scams in the market lately. Pay attention to the tips I provided and u can always ask.

Stay safe and keep your money in you pocket! πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘‰ annnd... if you like the tip, give me a like or a follow! πŸ™‚πŸ™ƒπŸ˜Š

PS this is not a home office and I love that A LOT of you think that. It is my business office in downtown SLO and I love it! Its in a converted craftsman style home and I wanted to pay a little homage to that so the office decor is home casual with comfort and Tiffany Blue πŸ›‹πŸ‘πŸ©·πŸ’™πŸ©ΆπŸ©΅

Shut up!!?? I know its prestigious and all but it is so humbling to me, every year I get an award. Why? Because it means a lot of people trusted me to help them and I am always so greatful for that trust.

I do take my job seriously but I always have fun while doing it and awards always feel a little embarassing to me.

So lets have a little fun with it, right!? Wow, I am top 7% Internationally... say whatttt!??

I love what I do
I hope you love where you live

Imagine arriving at your own private, storybook estate in the heart of Santa Ynez wine country.

Los Olivos, renowned for its thoroughbred racehorse ranches and private acreage estates, is also a nationally known wine destination. The area’s proximity to Southern California positions it as a chosen respite for SoCal residents seeking solace, away from the LA hustle. With a history of famed residents including movie producers, actors, and billionaires, the Santa Ynez Valley provides a peaceful space where stars and creatives come to disappear from the crowds.

Welcome to Clairmont Farms! Once home to David Cassidy, this legacy property combines classic 1930s architecture with Hollywood heritage and sweeping lavender fields.
The 8+ acre estate accommodates 3 separate homes, plus a barn.

Planned for entertaining, beyond the main house and tucked away for privacy, the original 1920s farmhouse provides another 3BD living area for extended family, guests, or its current use as a short-term rental space. The third house on the property, the Carriage house, adds yet another living, creative, or rental space. Once used by David Cassidy as his recording studio, this space could also be used as a business operation center or an artist’s studio.

Currently a working lavender farm, with the guest houses being rented short term, Clairmont Farms is a one-mile walk, bike ride, or drive from downtown Los Olivos.

Just $5,200,000

Main residence (4BD/5BA) (includes basement): approx 3,638
