"I had a $52 Million contract pending with GNC for a product I invented for women's health. My investor backed out of our agreement and wanted to discuss changing the percentage of the corporation. He wanted 66%, which I of course didn't agree to, so he withdrew our $2.5 Million ad campaign. So, I terminated our partnership. He turned around and sued me for $175,000.00. "I consulted with a Salem, OR attorney who charged me $100 for a consultation and then offered to represent me for $2000 for my immigration process.
