Another attempt to take away the due process rights of one of our most vulnerable populations. This cannot stand. If you know anyone that requires assistance please have them contact me.

The change comes as the administration is desperate to deal with costs in the backlogged immigration court system. Advocates for immigrants are concerned the change could jeopardize their due-process rights.
