Let me make this clear. The district attorney US attorney or city attorney doesn't just have to prove the facts of the Offense. They also have to prove a guilty mental state and this is where I find my playground. It is difficult to explain the challenge of turning what looks like completely guilty facts into a verifiable defense that challenges reasonable doubt. My whole life I was left brained except for when I was willed kid beating that I was primarily analytical and undergrad in college I got a bachelor of science and with a finalist 3 outstanding graduating senior at the University of Colorado Denver in finance. Law school and law are 2 different things. Last school teaches you the law but not to be a lawyer. I had to learn this by myself as all people do. It is an uphill battle and I primarily use my right brain to creatively challenge the facts of what looks like guilt in a way that a Drea can understand that were they in the same position they would do what the defendant did.
