Here's something we see more often than you'd think:
A family calls after losing someone, and they say, "We thought Mom had everything set up. She had a will. She had accounts."
But there was no roadmap. No list of what she owned or where it was. No clear instructions for who was supposed to do what. Just documents in a drawer, and a family left to figure out the rest.
Having documents is not the same as having a plan. A real plan is something your family can actually follow - at the worst moment of their lives, without you there to explain it.
That's the difference between what most lawyers do and what we do. And it starts with one conversation: (619) 987-3532. ð
