Michael is a dear friend and long time colleague that I’ve always admired and loved to work with. An amazing agent and great friend. One of my favorite things about what I do is being able to establish relationships with hard working, savvy, and all around high achievers, and he is nothing short of that.🔥
I’ve been working with Michael as his Operations Manager, managing his transactions/clients and assisting with business development for him and his team. This entails all things transaction related, client management from contact to close, providing accountability/management for business related projects, and stepping in with field tasks when needed. To ensure things move forward smoothly, we have huddle calls 3x per week and meet in person 2x per month.
