CLOSED IN LA COSTE! 🎒🔑

They moved forward. The opportunity came back. And we were ready. 🔑

With Travis, Kylie, and their son Max preparing for a move from Washington to Texas, they placed an incredible amount of trust in us to be their boots on the ground throughout this process.

And what a journey it was.

We originally started as the backup offer on this gorgeous La Coste home. When the first contract made it through option, we accepted that it was time to move on, and eventually went under contract on another home.

Then, two days before our option period ended, we got the call: La Coste was coming back on the market.

Within two hours, we had talked through the options with our clients, terminated the other contract, submitted a brand-new offer on La Coste… and it was accepted. The home was back on the market for only a matter of hours.

That’s why preparation, communication, and trust matter so much in this business. Our clients stayed the course, trusted our guidance, and when their opportunity came back around, we were ready to move.

And getting to experience this with their parents, Mats & Tami made it even more special. Since helping them buy their own home in 2024, they’ve become family to us. Being trusted again to help their son, daughter-in-law, and new grandson start their next chapter here in Texas means more than we can say. ❤️

SOLD & CLOSED 🥹🔑🇺🇸

Today we had the privilege of closing one transaction while representing both our seller AND our buyer, two fellow veterans, each beginning a new chapter.

This transaction challenged us in more ways than one. There were obstacles, unexpected turns, changing timelines and plenty of moments that required us to adapt quickly, communicate clearly and find a way forward.

And that’s where we shine. 💪

Real estate isn’t about expecting everything to go perfectly. It’s about how you respond when it doesn’t. We leaned on our experience, worked together, surrounded ourselves with the right people and kept the mission moving forward.

A huge thank you to Carlos Rendon and Sally Schopp Patino who once again showed us the value of having a great teammates in your corner. 🙌

Real estate isn’t always contracts, showings and closing tables… sometimes it’s Brahma cows. 😂🐂

After a long day of working through 5 active contracts, we were ready to call it a day and jump in the pool with Luke. Then Mike looked across the neighbor’s pasture and saw a couple cowboy hats bouncing around chasing one VERY stubborn Brahma cow.

Naturally… he had to go see what was going on. 😂

Swim trunks came off, jeans and cowboy boots went on.

She was charging, kicking, snorting and wanted absolutely NOTHING to do with that trailer. It took teamwork, patience and a whole lot of determination, but eventually they got her loaded up and headed to the sale barn.

Honestly, sounds a lot like real estate some days. 😂 Things go sideways, plans change, everybody works together, and somehow you get it across the finish line.

Around here, apparently “We Carry the Weight” applies on and off the clock. 😂🐂🇺🇸

Real estate will keep you on your toes. 😅

One minute you’re under contract, and the next you’re adjusting the game plan and getting right back to work.

After going under contract, the buyer ultimately decided not to move forward on the final day of their option period, through no fault of our seller or the property. And while that’s never the update anyone hopes for, it’s also part of real estate.

Things change. Buyers change their minds. Deals take unexpected turns.

Our job is to be ready when they do.

Move with precision. Adjust quickly. Protect our client. And keep moving forward. 🎯
