Great news for homeowners! 🙌🏻 Despite concerns about rising mortgage rates, most forecasts indicate growth for home appreciation. 📈

This should provide confidence to potential buyers and sellers as they navigate this market.

Not to mention, in San Antonio specifically, home prices have leveled out after two years of post-pandemic extremes. 🌆
The median sales price moderated to $318,000, only a 2% year over year decrease!

Macys Parade, Rockettes Christmas Spectacular, Yummy Pizza, Times Square, Black Friday shopping on 5th Ave, bagels, Soho, more pizza, Little Italy, cannolis 🤤 Korea town for the tweens, Brooklyn Bridge and subway memories to last a lifetime 🤣

🤩🙌🏼 I’d be lying if I shared this image without saying there have been moments of doubt and disappointment these last few years in Real Estate. However, these moments have given me an opportunity for perspective and honestly for that I am grateful.

Then what seems like suddenly, a month like October pop’s up and reminds me of “my why!”
