So, during my vacation last week, a Defendant filed a petition for writ of mandamus with the Texas Supreme Court requiring me to pause my vacation and draft part of the response. My brother from another mother Caleb Rackley drafted the balance. Just now, the Supremes let us know that we won.

We filed that lawsuit in one of the nation’s most sophisticated commercial courts – Delaware State Court.

Our client was rear-ended by the defendant’s truck here in Bexar County which resulted in a lumbar spine injury requiring surgery and a traumatic brain injury.
