Our firm represents companies who need to sue other companies for hundreds of millions of dollars. Attorney Mark Fassold has successfully represented:
(1) a national petroleum refiner who needed to sue a power company for destroying one of the client’s refineries,
(2) the person who invented the camera phone who needed to sue Apple, Samsung, and every cell phone manufacturer in the world for patent infringement, and
(3) a chemical manufacturer who needed to sue a bank for violations of the Uniform Commercial Code in addition to numerous other companies.

We have represented those clients in specialized courts including the Court of International Trade and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
In our latest settlement, Attorneys Mark Fassold, Caleb Rackley, Julie Matsen, and Victoria Frazier along with their team, represented a medical device manufacturer who sold a medical device to another company in exchange for, among other things, the promise to use “commercially reasonable efforts” to develop the medical device that would lead to additional money in the form of royalties. We filed that lawsuit in one of the nation’s most sophisticated commercial courts – Delaware State Court.
Mark A. J. Fassold has tried and won jury verdicts, as lead trial attorney, since 2001. Today, he prosecutes lawsuits with amounts in controversy exceeding one hundred million dollars obtaining record setting verdicts.
