Listing appointment this morning ended up at Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Co.

My client will be selling her rental soon 🤩 so to not disturb the tenants, we went here to discuss paperwork after seeing the property.

If you’re looking for an amazing coffee spot with sweet treats to complement, give Qamaria a try. I had the pistachio latte! So so good and we had a mango trompe-loeil which was incredible!!!

Highly recommend as it was clean, not loud, and the staff were all so friendly! Loved seeing how many people were coming in to meet with friends and loved ones while others were able to relax or get work done on laptops.

I’m back in Harmony Hills this weekend to showcase another beautiful listing! 😍

The landscaping is amazing! 🌻
The home sits on over a quarter of an acre
A patio meant for cookouts, family gatherings, and morning coffee ☕️

The home is over 2,000 square feet with no carpet! ✨

Come check out this home with me either on Friday or Saturday! Can’t wait to see you there 😊

LUXURY LAST WEEK | SAN ANTONIO

Bexar County’s luxury market added 29 new listings and recorded 19 closed sales from August 31 through September 6. Compared with the previous week, new listings rose 7.4% and sales increased 11.8%. The average closed price reached $1.39 million.

Homes took longer to sell, with median market time moving from 82 to 95 days. The lower average listing price reflects the specific mix of properties introduced that week and should not be read as a uniform change in luxury home values.

The most useful perspective is always local and property-specific. I’m available if you would like additional context for a particular neighborhood or home.

Late post but can’t pass up shouting out James Harris for visiting Keller Williams Heritage last week.

Humble, open, honest, genuine and kind are just a few words to describe this Million Dollar Agent!

Having the opportunity to talk to him one on one, as well as, ask a question after his panel discussion, the biggest thing I came away with is.. we (parents) need to stop being so damn hard on ourselves. Set aside special time with your kids, even if it’s 15 minutes and that will mean more than you know. Truly be with them, no distractions just one on one time where they can ask you anything and share anything, knowing you’re coming from love and support for anything they have going on.
But also we need to stop selling ourselves short because we can do more if we just start believing that the sky isn’t even the limit. Keep reaching higher and surround yourself with those that will continue to lift you up.

Thankful for Craig Owen who continues to pour into all of us and creating so many opportunities.

What an amazing time to be in real estate! 🏡

These guys at Kewtie•boy•sando completely changed my mind about breakfast sandwiches! 🤤🥪

Everything was so fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I also tried the Citrus Sunrise pressed juice from glowers_sa —it’s packed with nutrients and tastes just as amazing as it sounds! 🍊☀️

There’s a reason this local favorite constantly sells out. If you want to try their incredible sandwiches, smoothies, and pressed juices, get there early—you’ve been warned! 🙌

Huge thank you to my brother William Hildebrand for getting there early so I could finally try these amazing sandwiches and for the free juice that was sponsored by Levy, Luera & Corrales | Injury Attorneys
