🇺🇸 September 11, 2001 — We Remember.
I will never forget that day.
I was serving in the military when the world changed before our eyes. I remember the shock, the uncertainty, the fear—and the days that followed.
But September 11 isn't only about remembering what happened that morning. It’s also about remembering the lives that were changed forever—and the sacrifices that continued long after that day.
I have a friend who was among the first responders at the World Trade Center that day. He answered the call when his community needed him most, running toward the danger while others were trying to escape.
He survived that day, but the story didn’t end there. Today, he continues to live with illnesses connected to the work he did at Ground Zero.
His story is a reminder that September 11 didn’t end that morning. For many who responded, served, survived, or lost someone they loved, the effects are something they continue to carry every day.
So today, I remember the 2,977 innocent lives we lost.
I remember the first responders who gave everything they had to save others.
I remember the survivors.
I remember the men and women in uniform who answered the call in the days, months, and years that followed.
And I remember the families who have carried this loss for 25 years.
Some wounds can't be seen.
Some sacrifices don't end when the news cameras leave.
And some days we will simply never forget.
From Star State Signings, LLC, I pause today to honor them all.
🇺🇸 We remember. We honor. We will never forget.
