❗️Attention Agents working with VA Buyers 🇺🇸 - the VA is now requiring a copy of the Buyer Representation Agreement and Agreement Amendments. This is not a lender-specific requirement, from what I understand, rather a VA requirement.

This possibly applies to all loan types, however at this time I'm not getting consistent confirmation with lenders.

Please check with your lenders just in case!!
