I have always loved being involved in Real Estate. I went to college at California State University, Sacramento to major in Business (with a Real Estate and Land Use Affairs concentration) and minor in Criminal Justice. Before graduating, I started a career at a prestigious Santa Monica, CA based Land Use and Entitlement firm where I gained a strong background and love for Real Estate Development.
I am also very knowledgeable in Property Management, having worked alongside my father for 15+ years managing all types of properties. I have also gained experience working with unique properties and trusts. I realize that in all facets of real estate, there is a lot more than meets the eye. Being a real estate professional and for me as an individual, it is of utmost importance to continually work with integrity, follow-through, and attention to detail. I am enthusiastic, well-resourced, and intelligent. I understand the market and the people. My natural negotiation skills, positive attitude, and tenacity have helped me to achieve my goals. In addition to obtaining a bachelor's degree in Business from California State University, Sacramento, some of my credentials include: Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Internet Professional (e-PRO), and Certified HAFA Specialist (CHS).
