On Saturday, the New Lawyer Section Executive Committee met in Irvine at the law firm of NLS Secretary Daniel Soto. ExCom members had the opportunity to meet in person, strengthen their network, and work toward creating a better experience for all of California's diverse New Lawyers. We are grateful to Taylor Nelson Amitrano LLP for hosting us at your beautiful offices!

Saul Bercovitch serves as the Chief Governmental Affairs Officer for the California Lawyers Association, where he oversees the advocacy efforts and governmental relations. Before joining CLA in February 2018, shortly after CLA was established, Saul worked for the State Bar of California for 16 years as Legislative Counsel and as an attorney in the Office of General Counsel.

Jill M. Manning, Esq. is an accomplished Mediator, Arbitrator, and Court-Appointed Neutral at JAMS, bringing nearly three decades of complex litigation expertise to her ADR practice.
