Sandi Kornblum Food Allergy Coach

Sandi Kornblum Food Allergy Coach I am a Food Allergy Coach and I will help you navigate through all the feelings associated with living with a food allergy.

I will help you achieve living your life with FOOD ALLERGY CONFIDENCE. Food Allergy Coaching will give you the following:

A safe and comfortable plan for handling food allergies that work for you, your family and your lifestyle. A balanced life of normalcy, to avoid feeling restricted or limited, while being vigilant about food safety. The confidence to help your village (relatives, teachers, ba

bysitters, friends and neighbors) to “GET IT” ! A higher comfort level and more confidence in handling all aspects of life with a food allergy so you don’t let your diagnosis hold you back. Skills to set up your kitchen and home (grocery shopping, label reading, meal preparation) and to make everyday living easier (dining out, eating out at other’s homes, playdates etc). Assistance in working with your schools or camps to understand and accommodate your needs. An atmosphere to explore the emotions you feel surrounding your recent diagnosis of, or traumatic reaction to a life threatening food allergy. An outlet to discuss and strategize to alleviate your frustrations, anger and anxieties about living with food allergies. Empowerment and the ability to advocate for your child in any and all situations that develop from childhood through young adulthood. As he/she grows, you can instill this in your child. Strategies for talking with your child about his/her food allergies and how to make your child comfortable with them.
