Today's notary appointments took me to an out of state home loan closing first. My client is moving to another state next week so I met her at her office here in Forsyth on her lunch break. We signed the documents in about 20 minutes in the conference room and I handled the rest! How much easier could that be?

2nd stop was to my weekly visit to Taney County. I try to being them treats when I can.

I put together a cute little gift bag for the new homeowners as a thank you for choosing me when their title company had a service they could have used, aaannnnddd I walked out of the door without it! So I'll be back to visit her beginning of next week to give our Hilltop goodies.
