How we started/ Nuestro Comienzo!

Monks Law Firm, PLLC was established in 2003. Serving the North Carolina community in Family, Immigration, Traffic (State-wide), Criminal Law and Wills for over 30 years! Our founder Attorney Robert “Steve” Monks, is licensed in both NC and TX. He understands the litigation from both sides having serve as a special master in Family district court and a certified mediator, has published legal articles and has served as teacher as continue legal litigation. Steve comes from a large family, that’s why we will “Treat you like Family.”

Monks Law Firm, PLLC fue establecida en el 2003. Sirviendo a la comunidad de Carolina del Norte en Familia, Inmigracion, Trafico (a nivel estatal), Ley Criminal y Testamentos por mas de 30 anos! Nuestro fundador el abogado Roberto “Steve” Monks, esta licenciado en los estados de Carolina del Norte y Texas. El entiende la litigacion por ambas partes despues de servir en una pocicion especial de la Corte Distrital de Familia y como Mediador Certificado, ha publicado articulos legales y ha sido profesor de litigacion legal continua.
