Earlier this week, I had the opportunity to sit down with the developer of One Nash Square - and was able to get an insider look at what’s coming to downtown Raleigh. 👀

If you’ve been curious about this new luxury condo development, here are a few details that stood out to me:

🏙️ 82 residences with one to three bedroom floor plans
✨ Starting around $795K, with the penthouse expected to be around $4M
⬆️ 12-foot ceilings in penthouse and 4th & 5th floor residences (10-foot ceilings on all other floors)
🚗 1–2 deeded parking spaces included with each residence, with additional spaces available for purchase

🏊 Saltwater pool + outdoor terrace
