Good morning :) If I can offer one small piece of advice to vehicle buyers, please, please have PA titles signed and notarized in front of a notary. We as notaries must witness the seller signing the title in order to put our signature and seal on the title.

If can offer any advice it is, PLEASE do not buy a vehicle unless the title is signed and notarized at the time of the sale. Also, please do put money in said car unless you have the title in your name.
