The Farbman Mediation Group is grateful and flattered for all the attorneys who choose the Farbman Mediation Group to handle their cases and aid in seeking closure. As a board-certified civil trial lawyer, no one knows better the stress litigation imposes on parties and attorneys alike. While representing and defending parties, I have been privileged to use my litigation and life experiences to help resolve cases or, at the very least, bring the parties closer so that their lawsuits can be resolved shortly after mediation. I have learned that most parties genuinely want to settle their cases.
During mediation, everyone has control over their destiny. At trial, their future is placed in the hands of six strangers on a jury or a judge. I cannot thank you all enough for having confidence in the Farbman Mediation Group to handle your cases.
This year, more than ever, I pray for the safety of us all. I hope that the remaining hostages (babies, grandparents, young men, and women) taken by terrorists are still alive and released unharmed. I hope that people learn to love themselves, their family, friends, and neighbors more than they learn to hate others. I hope that those who wish to do harm to the innocent are eliminated. And I hope that we all can learn to love and live in peace with one another.
This week at your Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving table, please hug and cherish your loved ones. Sadly, there will be too many people around the world who will not have that opportunity this year.
