I feel so grateful to live in Texas, to enjoy the many beautiful hiking and biking trails on my bike, the pastures, cows and horses, the weather that enables me to get out, get moving and enjoy nature daily. Hope your are creating a wonderful Sunday too, what are you grateful for today?

My friend and I had a conversation today about life and the journey we are on. Often people think of hypnotists, therapists, psychiatrists and coaches as being perfect, well we are not. We all have challenges and I believe what makes us good at helping others is how we get through the challenges and try to learn something from them as well as make the best of every situation. Every thing I have ever been through in my life helps me to be more compassionate for my clients. A good coach does a lot of studying, researching and working on themselves to be an inspiration and a positive role model for others. A good coach is not afraid to admit that we have had difficult times too. What makes us good is our history, commitment to improve and help others. I appreciate the contrast my life has shown me and I am happy to be able to learn, forgive others as well as myself when I make mistakes and share my experiences and what works for me 🙂. Understanding the Law of Attraction as well as using tools I learned as a hypnotist and Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner as enabled me to create a fantastic life! For fun here’s a photo of my Grandson and I when we visited a gorgeous sculpture garden this morning.

When my husband was working full time and I really only worked part time, because that is the life I chose, I gladly did all the cooking. Except on the weekends he’d take me out. Well a few months ago I thought to myself “it would be nice since he is semi-retired if he started cooking for me. After all when we have company he cooks for them.” I seriously never mentioned my desire to have him start cooking and about 10 weeks ago, all on his own he started cooking- every day even on the weekends for both of us! I swear I can communicate with him vibrationally. Here is tonight’s dinner!

I did this to attract my husband, our home with the pool, my car and our RV, becoming a pet portrait artist… literally 100’s of people, things and situations. Just focus on the feeling of having your desires as if they have already come into fruition, more than focusing on lack.
