🎃 HALLOWEEN SAFETY ALERT: Keep Your Little Trick-or-Treaters Safe! 👻
Halloween is one of the most exciting nights of the year for kids—but it's also one of the most dangerous. Did you know that children are 4 times more likely to be hit by a car on Halloween than on any other day of the year?
Before your little ghouls and goblins head out to collect their candy haul, make sure they know these life-saving safety tips:
👥 Strength in Numbers
Encourage kids to walk in groups! Not only is trick-or-treating more fun with friends, but larger groups are much more visible to drivers navigating busy neighborhoods.
🔦 Light the Way
Equip kids with flashlights—they'll help them see cracks in sidewalks, steps, and other tripping hazards while also making them more visible to cars.
✨ Glow Up for Safety
Add bright colors, reflective tape, or glow sticks to costumes. That adorable all-black cat costume might be perfect for photos, but it's nearly invisible to drivers at dusk!
🚶 Road Rules
If there are no sidewalks, kids should walk against traffic and stay as close to the grass as possible so they can see oncoming cars and quickly move out of the way if needed.
📵 Eyes Up, Phones Down
Halloween night is NOT the time for scrolling or texting. Kids (and parents!) need to stay fully aware of their surroundings—cars backing out of driveways, other trick-or-treaters, and uneven terrain.
Let's make this Halloween memorable for all the RIGHT reasons. A little preparation goes a long way in keeping our communities safe!
Share this with parents in your neighborhood and let's look out for each other! 🧡🖤

Just wrapped up another incredible quarterly Leadership program with in Atlanta! 🌟

Today reminded me why investing in yourself never goes out of style. We dove deep into effective communication—specifically how to eliminate the “illusion” of communication that so many of us fall into without realizing it.

The breakout sessions? Pure gold. There’s something powerful about being in a room full of driven attorneys, DOOs, and leaders who are all committed to leveling up. The energy was contagious and the insights were next-level.

But let’s be real—all work and no play isn’t sustainable! The night before at The Garden Room with some amazing women was exactly the balance I needed. Good food, great conversation, and the perfect way to recharge before an intensive day of learning.

Walking away with a full notebook, new connections, and that familiar feeling of being exactly where I’m supposed to be. Already looking forward to the next quarter!

What’s the last program or experience that left you feeling inspired and recharged? 👇

We’re proud to share a recent result from attorney Sean McNally: a $1.25 million settlement on behalf of a Mid-Michigan trucking accident victim in a tragic and highly disputed case.

Through determination and careful litigation, Sean was able to secure settlements from three different parties, ultimately helping the family find closure during a very difficult time.

🏃‍♀️Finished the half marathon yesterday. The last few miles were rough—legs heavy, lungs burning, the usual internal bargaining.

But somewhere in that struggle, I thought about my clients. The ones pushing through chronic pain, long recoveries, or the uphill battle of reclaiming their health after life threw curveballs.

Their grit made mine feel doable. I pushed through to end with a course PR.
