This week I won a case which was impossible on its face. I convinced an arbitration panel that an entire ceramic floor should be replaced when only one tile was damaged. The policy has an anti matching clause in and under the policy, that result could not happen. If you want to know how I did it, message me.

My work has established law that siding that was melted by the sun was not excluded under an HO3 possible.

I was also able to successfully argue that an anti-matching clause in a Farmers policy was not enforceable.
