Wiggins Law, LLC is a fully woman owned and operated full service boutique style law firm that focuses on injury representation including car accidents, slip and falls, SEPTA or other public transportation system accidents, bus accidents, commercial vehicle accidents, pedestrian accidents, medical malpractice, workers compensation and disability claims. In addition to injury matters, Ms. Wiggins also represents small business owners, handles wills and estates, and simple bankruptcy and other transnational matters on behalf of her clients. Wiggins Law, LLC currently serves Northeastern and Southeastern Pennsylvania, the Delaware and Lehigh Valleys. Jamie T. Wiggins, Esq. began her legal career at another injury law firm as a paralegal in 2008. While working tirelessly on behalf of the victims of negligence she enrolled in Villanova University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree in May of 2014. While at Villanova Law, Jamie excelled in the areas of trial advocacy and client counseling and became a member of the esteemed Villanova University School of Law's National Trial Team. Her team went on to place first in the region and second in the country, beating out at total of 105 teams from all across the country at the ABA Labor Law National Trial Competition in 2014. She is a recipient of the 2014 American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence as well as the Wyn Llewellyn Award for Client Counseling.

Ms. Wiggins continued to practice injury law with her former firm until 2018. After the birth of her second child, she was ready to try something new; she was ready to represent her clients her own way, and so Wiggins Law, LLC was born.

Now, Jamie continues to focus her talents in civil litigation and remains dedicated to helping personal injury victims. It is her mission to provide everyone she represents a high level of individualized service while fostering open communication and mutual shared respect. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and is admitted to the practice of law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
