Last Friday I handed the keys to 351 W Crossing Dr in Mount Royal to my clients, Dominic and Jill. What made it special is that Dominic and I go back to middle school, when we played on opposite basketball and baseball teams, then ended up on the same high school golf team for a couple of years. We lost touch after graduation, the way a lot of friends do. Years later, my dad mentioned that Dominic was looking to move. Turns out our dads have been playing golf together almost every week this whole time. One conversation later, we reconnected, and I got to help him and Jill with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

It started a couple of months ago when we sold their townhome in Sicklerville. That part was easy: full asking price, under contract in under a month. Finding their next home was the harder part. They were house hunting in a competitive stretch of Gloucester County, got outbid a couple of times, and had a real deadline in front of them since Jill is expecting their first baby in November. They wanted to be settled with room to spare before then.

The home they ended up with in Mount Royal checked every box: close to both sets of parents, close to work, close to friends, and the layout they'd been picturing the whole time. After townhome living, they wanted a yard and a real neighborhood, the kind where their child will have other kids to grow up with, trick-or-treating, holidays on the block.

Being trusted with a friend's first home sale and then his growing family's next chapter is not something I take lightly. Congratulations to Dominic and Jill! Excited to watch this next part unfold!

Ten years in real estate, and the moments that still land the hardest aren't the biggest transactions. They're the repeat clients and referrals from people who've known me my whole life.

Over the past three weeks, that trust showed up again:
