Insurance is one of those things you hope you never have to use. But when the unexpected happens, having the right coverage can make a huge difference.

A crash can affect so much more than your vehicle. Your ability to work, pay bills, get around and take care of your family can all be impacted in an instant.

That’s why Personal Injury Attorneys Dana Brooks and Noel Leonard are talking about something many people overlook: uninsured motorist coverage. It can provide an important layer of protection if you’re injured by a driver who doesn’t have enough insurance to cover your losses.

Take a few minutes to understand what your policy actually covers. It could matter more than you think.

If you’ve been injured in a crash, call Fasig Brooks. Our team is here to help you understand your legal options and protect your rights.

PT. 5- The Steps to Coming Back Stronger: Take Action

You’ve acknowledged it. You’ve envisioned it. You’ve imagined it. You’ve adopted the mentality of the person who has already overcome it.
Now, it’s time to take action.

The fifth and final step is to take decisive action to bring that future reality into existence. Once you’ve done the work in the first four steps, you can move forward knowing that your effort has a purpose and that every step you take is moving you toward becoming stronger on the other side.

Jimmy Fasig breaks down the final step of The Steps to Coming Back Stronger and explains why taking action is what turns the mindset you’ve built into a reality.

If you’ve been following along in this series, this is the final step. Go back and watch parts 1-4 to hear the entire process, if you missed it.

Five steps. One goal: Come Back Stronger. 💪

We asked Eric to break down some legal terms in Gen Z lingo so you don’t have to Google them at 2 a.m.

First up: Discovery 👀
Think of discovery like opening the group chat and saying:
“Drop the screenshots.” or “Send the pics.” ...after hearing some new tea. ☕️

Basically, discovery is when both sides exchange information about what happened, the injuries involved, and the details of the case.
In other words… we need all the receipts. 🧾 Because in discovery, “trust me, bro” is not a legal strategy.

What legal phrases should we translate next? Drop them in the comments. 👇

Before you hop on an e-bike, watch this!

E-bikes may look like a fun and convenient way to get around, but as they become increasingly common on college campuses, in busy cities, on sidewalks, and throughout our communities, so do the risks of serious crashes and injuries for riders, pedestrians, and everyone sharing the road.

Kimmy Hogan, personal injury attorney at Fasig | Brooks, has seen firsthand how devastating e-bike crashes can be. Riders can suffer serious injuries from collisions, falls, loss of control, or unexpected hazards. And pedestrians can also be injured when e-bikes are ridden in areas where people are walking.

Before you or someone you love gets on an e-bike, take a moment to understand the risks and make safety the priority because a few extra seconds of caution can make a lasting difference!

⚠️ Wear a helmet.
⚠️ Know the rules and where e-bikes are permitted.
⚠️ Stay alert for vehicles, pedestrians, and other cyclists.
⚠️ Never assume others see you.

And if you or someone you love has been injured in an e-bike crash, don’t try to navigate what comes next alone.
📞 Call Fasig | Brooks at 850-777-7777 for a free consultation. Our team can help you understand your rights and legal options after an injury.

Save this post and share it with someone who rides an e-bike!

Part 3- The Steps to Coming Back Stronger: Imagine

The third step to coming back stronger is to imagine how the future version of yourself feels after you’ve overcome the challenge in front of you.

This step is about more than picturing where you’ll be. It’s about imagining the relief, confidence, and gratitude you’ll feel when you look back and realize you made it through.
When you can see yourself on the other side of a challenge and feel what it will be like to have overcome it, you can start to shift your mindset in the present.

Jimmy Fasig breaks down Step 3 of The Steps to Coming Back Stronger and shares why imagining yourself as someone who has already overcome the challenge can be such a powerful part of the process.

If you haven’t watched Parts 1 and 2, go back and start with Step 1: Acknowledge and Step 2: Envision.
Stick around for Part 4: Adopt as Jimmy continues through all five steps.

PT. 2- The Steps to Coming Back Stronger: Envision

Once you’ve acknowledged that a stronger future version of yourself exists, the next step is to envision it.

Step 2 is about seeing yourself in that future. Picture yourself living your life after you’ve overcome the challenge in front of you. What are you doing? Where are you going? What does that version of your life look like?

Whether it’s working out again, hiking up a mountain, or simply getting back to the things you love, give yourself something to see and work toward.

Jimmy Fasig breaks down Step 2 of The Steps to Coming Back Stronger and explains why envisioning your future can be such a powerful part of the process.

Haven’t watched Part 1 yet? Go back and watch Step 1: Acknowledge, then follow along as Jimmy takes you through all five steps.
