⚡Survey Question: Do you think it's deceptive for a Licensed agent to send a postcard claiming to be a Real Estate Expert in a specific area when you've only sold one home in two years, and it wasn't even in the area you highlighted on the postcard as being an expert?

Recently, I received a postcard advertising a real estate expert in my area. However, after some research, I discovered that they had only sold one home in the past two years period, and it wasn't even in the area they claimed to be an expert in. This raises an important question: is it ethical to falsely advertise oneself as an expert in a particular area when you lack the necessary experience and knowledge? Did the Broker know about this post card?

🔸As a professional in the real estate industry, I believe that honesty and transparency are essential to building trust with clients. Misrepresenting oneself as an expert in a particular area can lead to disappointed clients and tarnish the reputation of the industry as a whole. Instead, let's focus on providing quality service and emphasizing our genuine expertise and experience.
