Another successful closing in the books. In a market where homes in this neighborhood are averaging 46 days to sell, we went under contract in just 6 days with multiple offers and closed over the asking price. The average sold-to-list price ratio in the area is 97.9%… we achieved over 100% of the asking price.

This was not luck. It was the result of strong preparation, strategic marketing, detailed negotiation, and making sure every term of the contract was structured to protect my sellers from start to finish. Smooth closing, strong terms, and a result my sellers were truly happy with.
